Letter to My Future Self:

We all experience moments of feeling inspired to become a better version of ourselves, but oftentimes the everyday can fade that energy. One way to remain accountable to our best selves is with an unexpected reminder. In this workshop, participants will be lead through an art-based, letter writing activity to their future selves. At the end of the workshop, the letters will be collected and sent out 3-4 weeks later to surprise the participant with a letter from their past self.

Send a Little Love:

Making something beautiful and expressing a bit of gratitude is sometimes just what the soul needs. In this workshop, participants will create three iris folded cards that they can use to express love and gratitude for someone in their lives. Card templates are customizable based on the activity.

Art Journal Series:

Sometimes words are not enough to express our emotions. In this workshop series, participants will be guided through a 3-5 part art journal series which include themed art prompts and instruction of new ways to utilize a variety of art supplies. Participants will be able to bring their art journals home and will be provided with supplemental prompts to support the workshop discussions and promote further introspection.
